My name is Brian Carlsness, the founder of WiredForLess.com. I like to know who I'm doing business with, especially online. Maybe you feel the same way. I'd like to make you a customer; not just sell you a product. Here are a few reasons why I think you'll like doing business with us:

Loads (35 years) of experience... Yes, I'm dating myself, but with those years come (some) wisdom. Consumer electronics has been my passion since 1974. In addition to being an enthusiast, over the years I've been involved in sales, purchasing and manufacturing so I understand it well.

We're here to help... Although today's consumer is the best informed in history, it doesn't make technology any less confusing. And the sheer number of product choices can be overwhelming. If you have questions, need advice or simply want reassurance that you've picked the right item, we're just a phone call, email or tweet away.

Satisfaction guaranteed... No, really. Unfortunately, this is the most overused phrase in retail. We're not interested in just making a sale - we're interested in gaining a customer. The only way we know how to do that is to make sure you're happy with your purchase. And if you're not, we'll do what needs to be done to make it right. Our most loyal customers are the ones that have had a problem that we've resolved.

$5 flat rate shipping... Sure, we could have inflated our prices and offered free shipping or we could have lowered our prices and inflated shipping costs. Life's too short to play games so we decided to offer the best price we could plus $5 for shipping on your entire order (some bigger and/or heavier items are not included).

Competitive prices... I'm guessing that you're shopping online because you want to get a good deal. I get it. At wiredforless.com, we simply offer you the lowest price we can while still making a few bucks to pay the bills. We're competitive with other authorized retailers, but we don't claim to have the absolute lowest price on the web. Remember what your parents used to tell you...if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Always remember to shop smart online. What we promise is authorized products backed with a full factory warranty and your satisfaction.

Good - Better - Best recommendations... Sometimes, you just want someone to recommend a product within your budget. At the top of many categories, you'll find my personal product recommendations. These are products that do what they're supposed to do, offer good performance for the money and are getting really good consumer and media reviews.

Wide product selection... We give a lot of thought to our selection of brands and products. Enough selection is needed so that you can find the right item without overwhelming you with too many choices. That's called having the right mix and we believe we've found that balance.

Same day shipping... If you place your order before 3pm Arizona time, we'll do everything we can to get it shipped out to you that day. If you need faster, expedited service, just let us know and we're happy to accommodate. There's that happy customer thing again...weird, huh?
